neuronbob's 2014 NAIAS thread
I was in Detroit yesterday for the NAIAS. I specifically wanted to see the TLX and the new Z06, since neither of those is probably coming to the Cleveland auto show and no one uses the Cleveland show for announcements.
I experimented this year by not bringing my good camera, currently a Canon T4i. I instead used my Google Glass and to some extent, my iPhone 5. The Glass pictures turned out remarkably well even with poor placement on my face with glasses.
Too lazy to post individual pics right now, so click the links. All the images right now are from Glass. Will upload better TLX pics from the iPhone later--they turned out remarkably well!

I got to the show very early, so it wasn't that crowded.
Later, as I was leaving, I walked by the Acura area again, and there were lots more people looking at the TLX. When I was initially there, what people were there were actively asking about it. The really interested people (i.e. me and a few others) were begging the Acura staff there to pass on that they should not make any sudden changes to the styling before release....though I'm sure the toolings are already set and the exterior is probably 99% of where it's at.
In my Google Plus stream linked above, I have a short Google Glass video of the Acura display. Looked decently busy.

PS--the ATS Coupe looks like an Accord Coupe of the 90's.
Luckily, I liked those. Edit: Specifically, the 4G and the 6G Accord Coupes.

Now I see why you didn't give us photos of the TLX interior.

Maybe Acura is working on an Acura like touch screen interface like the one in the new 2014 Civic? I hear it's pretty good. This would be used in place of the dual screens.

BTW, no pics of TLX interior because no interior yet. You guys going to the NY show will have to catch that as that's when the interior will bow .
Couldn't get close enough to the TLX concept to take interior photos. These two Nissan concepts really got my attention. They look do-able...NISSAN PLEASE make them!
