Just need to ask the more knowledgeable members of this forum. While coming home from work I got a ticket. It was stated on the ticket that "speed was not reasonable or prudent." I am not asking how to get out of it. It was my fault I was going a little faster than I should have.
But my question to you is, does the ticket carry points with it? The officer had said that I will not get points but i just wanted to make sure. If it helps it says its in violation of 1180A and it was in New Rochelle, NY.
