Costs about 45 bucks done deal, cutting and programming done. That's if you do it all through Honda.

That was the price of the key when I got it from the Acura dealer (it was originally for my Cl). They cut me a deal where if I bought the key from them that they would cut it for free. I'd check out another dealer and see what they say.

A long shot is to take it to the dealer it was originally purchased from (if local). Most of the time dealers will cut keys free for the cars that were purchased from them.

I recently got an 07 TL key for my 03 Accord and I had it cut for 10 bucks at an Acura dealer (some BS about having to pay for the access fee to get the key pattern from Honda) and I got it programmed free at the Honda dealer across the highway.

Your mileage may vary, but 120 is ridiculous for a key. I know those keys have the transponder but it's still way to pricey for an Accord key.
