Need help deciding on joy ride

THanks a lot guys, and i will be careful. 
About it being lowered, im not sure...i honestly can't tell. my last bike was lowered so i couldnt tell ya if it is or isnt. we'll see, if i can't wheelie it as easy, the front could be lowered, like my last one. A bunch of the little things i wanted to do are already done, flush signals and fender eliminator, and tint. PLanning on maybe changing the gearing, -1, +2 or 4, we'll see. already has the slip on exhaust, maybe headers, tune it/power comm.
I want to ride it more but its sooo fricken cold! ok not that bad, bout 33 deg's, but after a good half hour of chilly winds where i could barely feel my fingers (memories of those cold, hundred bike night meets/cruises) i need to get used to it again.
