Is my tire repairable?
You can plug it. It probably would be fine for daily driving. Would I risk it? Probably not. If you asked the broke 21 and under version of me I would've drove it on multiple plugs
But if I can afford a new tire, I'd just get a new tire.

If they say no, then no choice but to get another tire....

It's currently not leaking any air.... Looks like there is a high likelihood that I'm going to get bent over.

I have had many tires plugged in that area and never had an issue (we are talking probably 100k combined miles). Now if you plan on doing some top speed runs it may not be advisable, but for every day driving have it repaired and dont worry about it.
Same here, plugged many tires in the past and haven't had any issues. If you have the money though just get a new one. Recently I had a similar issue and I just decided to buy new. However someone wanted my old one, plugged it, and is running it at the track with no problem.
When you guys mention plug it, are you referring to me doing it or have the shop do it for me. America's Tire is my go to place. I will not try plugging the wheels myself. I need to know if Anericas Tire would fix this.
Go to a tire place like America's Tire or a reliable mechanic-- they will remove the tire from the rim, put a patch on the inside and a plug in the hole before remounting the tire.
That assumes that the bolt penetrated your tire-- I just noticed you said it wasn't losing tire pressure. If the bolt didn't penetrate the tread, no patch or plug will be applied.
