I'm glad your parents are still thinking of me.

And I think you would be dissappointed with the truck. The Murano seems much nicer.

EDIT: If you think your parents are right, why did you feel the need to post about it?

From what you've said before, you've become cheap, but I'd suggest looking at the F-150 King Ranch edition, if you're not against owning a Ford.

My parents have told me I am an arrogent SOB and I know how to piss people off. I think it is a good thing.

New Toyota Tacoma > Dodge Dakota

My buddy works at a Chrysler/Dodge dealership and told me never buy one of their cars. The motors are junk. Recently a Dodge Durango came in with 60k miles on it and 4 of 8 connecting rods were gone. Needed a new engine at the tune of $6,500. Only 60k miles!?!

Toyota > Dodge

:ghey:

that's funny, but only because you are black.

and since when is a toyota a tougher car than a Dodge.

umm, I like the interior on the Toyota...good call, I'll take a look at it. Also I saw it got like 16-18MPG. thats always nice.

I think Tony was looking more at power than overall looks. Otherwise I would have said Silverado 1500SS.

Tony - if you want to talk about how you're an asshole....feel free, but if you are really interested in discussing the truck --- please post in Car Talk, as you know that is where a thread like this belongs.

Thanks.

Thanks.

the discussion in cartalk is so minimal, i'd actually like people to respond. Especially people who know what I am looking for, and know my attitude.

I know you are a mod and all, and thats great. But I have been here three years longer, and I know where the best place to post something is. Where the most people will see it and respond. So don't move this one as well.

I really have no budget...I am just trying to go as just as cheap as I can go.

I was hoping to keep it in the $30-35K range.

Yes, we all know your attitude.
Keep in mind this thread WILL be moved quite soon, as you are well aware that there is a specific forum for threads such as this. Many people whose opinion you seem to value have already viewed this thread and will follow it to Car Talk. The redirect will remain in Ramblings to point new viewers to the thread as well.

Thanks again.

the same forum that people post questions about other stuff they want to buy.
