My MGB is alive!!
My first youtube uploads! I've owned this car for 5 months, and finally got to drive it for the first time yesterday; I was beyond excited. The video quality isn't great because we just used our digicam; the camcorder wasn't charged. Forgive the greasy forearms in the second video. Once I finished the brake job, I was too eager for a road test to clean up first!

When I bought the car for $950, the gas tank was seperate from the car, the rear wheel cylinders were leaking, and I had never owned a LBC (Little British Car" before, but I parents owned a few when I was growing up. I found the tank, added a new sending unit, researched how to connect the original fuel pump, and did a rear brake job. After that I was too excited to drive it! The car is a 1980 MG B Limited Edition Roadster.

Even its 67 HP is enough to get the car sideways around a corner, or to peel out from a stop, with TWO adults on board. I was bound and determined to get this car drivable by the start of spring and here we are!
