Wow. Some intense stuff. Thanks for starting the thread.

How do you decide who works on what? Do some employees specialize/prefer to work on particular makes? Or is it a simple rotation system?

I love this thread... I didn't even know the rear quarter panel (on theb black altima 2.5) could be removed. I've never had a car with damage in that area before.

Pretty sure that has to be cut out & a new skin welded in place.
Not a simple unbolt & remove like a front fender.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Like I mentioned a few posts up, I've never had any damage in that area, so I never really thought about it.

Awesome of you to share this Mr. Maker. Can you show more on the computer system that sets the positioning of the pieces you're replacing?

That's amazing, Maker! Thanks for sharing!

You didn't say what kind of accident the Odyssey got into so I can only assume it hit head on with your boner.

After the spot welds are drilled out you still need to hit some spots with a heat gun. Yes there is panel bond in certain areas. And the vette above, has bolt on quarter panels.

So instead of a hammer, do the guys use your boner to hammer the cars back into shape?

It would be easy if she didn't key every panel of the car.

The camera gives you a 360° view around the car which I think is cool.
