They'd last longer if I bought new tires but I'm looking at $1,086 a set or $100... Plus I'm undecided about selling my wheels. I want a drag pack.

Finally dropped her off to get the rear bumper replaced. Upgraded from the base rear bumper (standard on non-premium package GT's) to the premium rear bumper and valance combo. Should get her back sometime next week. What else.. I've got my third Corsa Xtreme exhaust (with black tips this time) en route. Scheduled to arrive by the end of the month. The first two were found to be defective and replaced under warranty. It's pretty awesome for a company to stand behind their product. Wish I could say the same about my tuners. Anyways, aside from that, not much has changed. Planning on fixing two of my wheels as they have minor bends in them and then that's it. She'll stay pretty much untouched until the warranty runs out and I get a blower.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. The new rear bumper is installed but it's got some minor issues that need to be addressed. I.e. - one of the reflectors looks like it was installed incorrectly and bent, one of the side markers doesn't light up and the bumper fitment isn't perfect. I'm sure these are easy fixes for the bodyshop. I'll be taking the car back in tomorrow to get everything checked out again and see what they say. My replacement exhaust should be coming in today but instead of installing, I'm considering trading it for a GT350 intake manifold and picking up some more power. Saw a 5.0 on youtube with similar mods (he has long tubes instead of cat deletes) put down ~480whp with the GT350 IM, bolt-ons and a flex-fuel tune via Lund. Time to choose between being quick or sounding quick. Haha.

Well, this whole experience was relatively short lived. I loved the car but just woke up one day and started wondering why I'm willingly killing myself with insurance and a high interest loan sooo she's gone. Sold her to a young lady in Burbank, CA yesterday. Enjoyed her for just under 11 months. From stock to FBO + E85 and then back to stock. Lots of pulls and trips to Mexico and lots of tickets.
I'm getting pretty serious about pursuing my education now, so I'll be looking into purchasing something in cash in the $3k range and leaving cars on the back burner for a while. Hell, I'm looking at sport bikes again.
Edit: Fun fact - Yesterday was my last day with the 5.0. Oddly enough, 4 years ago on the same day (Nov. 4th, 2012) was my last day with my S2000. Uncanny.

Let your education motivate you for even bigger things in the future. Let me know if you need anything brother.
D - good on you for making the responsible adult decisions in life... you are still young and it is important to focus on your future... that future is what will buy you any car you want and in every color... and now that you have a clean slate to work with, when you get back into the mod world, you can get an LS platform to work with...

A little update - Still car-less. Still hesitant to make a move on anything specific although I've got my eyes on a few (very) different types of cars/bikes.
Starting school at the end of this month so I'm going to need something ASAP.

Ehh, a couple hints won't hurt. Bare in mind that I have car/bike/food/anything ADD. Each number is a hint as to what type of car/bike I'm looking at. Can you guys guess any of them?
*Example
1) Not a Miata
A: S2000
2) Flappy paddles and fast as shit
A: GTR
ETC. Good luck.

1) Twin Turbo i6/6MT
2) Eight-Eight 3
3) Beemer, not "Bimmer". Fast as holy fucking shit.
4) Owned it once, wouldn't mind owning it twice.
5) Any Econo-Box under $7k because I'm too cheap to spend any more than that on an Economy car.
Only if you find a way to smuggle me into Canada.
