MD - 1998 Supra

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...lor=&cardist=8

Anybody want it? Puts out 450-475 rwhp. Unbelievable. Single Turbo. I wish I had the money.

Everyone in the import car business knows this is one of the most sought after cars...and this guy is selling it. It's a sleeper...if you can that about a supra. The only that gives it away that's it's a potential ass-ripper is the HKS exhaust.

So, who would do it? Who would trade in the CL for this rear wheel monster?

If I had the money right now I'd buy it. Cuz I wouldn't use the car as my daily driver.

Of course not. weekend driver at the most with the Supra. It would stay garaged.

I wonder how they do against Z06s.

I would have a give up a testicle, if I had all the children I was going have already.

I can't believe this guy is about to give it up. I would like to see the guy who picks it up from him. It wouldn't be just some lil rich kid w/ money to spend. You know your cars if you're seriously looking at getting this.

I would definately have to get an "A" to "B" car if I got the supra.

Makes me wanna get some headers and mod the hell outta my car.

That Supra is alright, but 1320 Motorsports (my brother's former import business), has made a Supra with well over that, over 1200 HP at the crank with NOS. But trust me, cars like that aren't driveable unless your at a track. I've grown sick of it after seeing what hell it takes to make one, and what a waste of money it is, near 100,000 if not more.

That supra is on a stock block... obviously it isn't going to be anywhere near 1200HP. Everyone knows making 1000HP on a Supra motor isn't, dare I say, uncommon?

Okay, isn't un heard of...

Thats not that good of a deal, my friends mom had a 96' twin turbo with 50k miles, completely stock and she sold it for $24k, i would rather have hers....Now i am regularly looking for one, as my lease is almost up, and most of them are around mid $20's with the twin turbo.
