I guess Street Spirit didn't she got downright pissy by the end of that thread...I didn't see anything particularly wrong in there

A synapse is not a branch that reaches out to other neurons. A synapse is a small gap between neurons (also called the synaptic cleft). Neurons communicate by neurotransmitters that are released from one neuron (presynaptic) and travel across the gap to a receiving neuron (postsynaptic). The only "branches" in the structure of a neuron are the dendrites and terminal buttons. Furthermore, neurons and neurotransmitters have both chemical and electrical aspects to them,.........its not just simply an electircal impulse.
Im a bit rusty because I have been out of school for a while now, but I can talk all day about this and go into much more detail. I specialized in Behavioural Neuroscience while completing my Psychology degree, and your description of a synaps is quite frankly pathetic.

If we made a sitcom about this thread, we would win an emmy. You rule Cog - I'm actually laughing out loud at work while I read your posts. Do you tuck your shirts into your underwear?
Can somebody count how many times he's used the word FACT in this thread?
But seriously, let's all be nice so he'll stick around for a LONG LONG time.....you can't get entertainment like this for free nowadays.

Wow... I missed all the fun.
This guy had me pulling out my hair a few days ago back in the beginning pages of this thread. I'm glad others could see right through this guy as well.
BTW, as I've mentioned earlier, but I thought I would add again, I have owned 2 350z's for over 3 years and as others have stated, there is NO tires skipping issue. I have driven both cars very hard and over a combined 50,000 miles, but I guess this guy who took a Z for a short test drive is an expert. I browse 350z forums often and have heard no mention of this issue.
I completely agree that this guy is either a kid or trying to pull our chains because I find it hard to believe a 38 year old can be this much stupid or as much of an idiot in real life.

you think because you use the word ablate we're going to think you're intelligent?
the key word here is *CAN* include these functions. primary control of these functions is located in the limbic system which is nowhere near the area where frontal lobotomy surgery occurs. If you want me to pull out my neural science book and reference it I will. Just give me the word. Idiot.
