I mean we should have a large weight advantage over that car. My crown vic was heavy as hell and the marauder is the same car.

From what i recall reading, the marauder does 0-60 around 7 seconds, which i was under the impression we could compete with?

yes, a 6MT could take it and perhaps the 5AT TL stock.

They're only 302hp

 

He said 03 TL. Only has one type of transmission.

And yes you can compete with him and would most likely win in a race. Stock they run mid 15s in the 1/4 mile. They are very slow stock. Modified is a different story.

 

i think the guy is also stock unless hes not telling me something.

I used to own a crown vic and am still on the forums with the community, good people over all but some of them think now that i a drive a TL im some weirdo and that only a V8 can be respected. After driving this car first hand for about two weeks now i know they are full of it.

 

 

I know someone with a Marauder. After driving it, I'd say the TLS would win. The Marauder has some power, but it's 4 speed auto sucks & it weighs a lot. It wouldn't be a blowout though.
