i have a terrible driving record right now, around 4-5 points so im facing suspension and a huge increase in insurance if i actually keep it

my question is are the M1 liscense for motorcycles related to the drivers liscense for cars?? are the points universal on both liscenses, and would i face insurance increases in motorcycle insurance for violations on my drivers liscense???

im not a bad driver just an unlucky one who used to drive a cop magnet....ive been thinking alot about bikes for a while now and i really need a way to get to work and school


does anyone know the deal on this?? i wanna take MSF before i turn 21 in a few months
