</header>If there's any proof that Ludacris is a cool dude, or that Acura's glory days are behind them it's this: Luda still drives his '93 Acura Legend from before he made it big.
Not only does Luda still drive the car, he's racked up over 240,000 miles on the thing. More than that, he poses it next to his private jet with the line "My plane & my 93 Acura Legend. It's doesn't get much more Gangsta than that. Lol"

Yeah, I've seen a few articles on this over the years. I could easily get attached to a '93 Legend..

All the rappers drove and rapped about acura's in the 90's. That won't ever happen again.

If it isn't $100k+, it's all about Mopar now.

I am still driving my first car I have owned and I am 32 years old. Had it for over 12 years now since new. I am really attached to it and will never sell it.

As for the drug reference, you would think these celebrities would have drug mules to do that stuff for them.

The thing is, the Legend was a BALLER car back in the days. It did have some sort of weird appeal in the hip hop community believe it or not. So best believe that this wasn't a step down when Luda was able to afford it.

It was about $40k in '93 wasn't it? I mean, that's not a Merc S-Class, but he's not driving a Datsun either.

LS MRSP was $40,290 and GS was $42,650 according to http://autos.msn.com/research/compar...lid=22&ref=vip, but I had the original sticker from mine which I am 98% sure was below $40k.

I still prefer the legend over any sedan acura has made since then. Id take a new legend over a new 4th gen tl or Rl. Easy decision.

I really miss the 90's. I am getting old.

Having owned both a 2G and 4G Legend, the 4G is better in almost every way. I do hear you though, the Legend was ahead of its time by a long shot.
