And the problem with them also is not that they're just tiny, but the saddle is so damn big, you have to crawl a ways in just to get to the cockpit. I doubt I could fit in one of those, but I would love to throw that around the autocross track

Saw 3...yes 3 different Elises on RT. 84 by Danbury, CT on my way home this past weekend. They weren't together either, just random sightings. Couldn't believe it. My wife said..."Oooooooh, that's a nice looking car.!" That was until we pulled up along side of one of them and she said, "Is that some kind of joke?! Who fits into that?".....funny huh?

The only way I could ever drive one of those suckers would be one ass cheek in each seat and the shifter up the middle while steering with my left hand.

the elise is an awesome car IMO. My uncle is considering one and is on the waiting list. Sat in one and it kinda requires some human origami, and im only 5' 5"! Have yet to drive it - was a saturday and the dealer only does test drives on weekdays.

i believe that elise was delivered the same day we picked up my wife's Saab.
the Princeton Saab dealer is also a Lotus dealer. they were delivering that exact one when we were taking delivery of our saab.

I've seen 4 or so on the road in the past month. There's a lotus dealer here close by.
They are tiny! But they don't pull like the CL-S on the highway

that's ok.
the car is nice but you will need to be a contortionist to be able to get in and out of the car. i'll pass just because of that. you will need a lifetime of chiropractor visits with that car. i say this with experience. i would rather get a vette/M3/S4 for the same price.
