I guess no one is bothered that the exterior pics show no windows and an clear door on the side and the interior shots show a shitload of windows and no door.

I'm guessing the rectangular doors on the side are the two windows you see on the side, and there's one behind the bike (back, same level as the side windows) and one behind the spare tire rack (upper one by the bed). The door is beside the sink...you can see it better on the additional pics in the link.
