Not yet. All funds have been getting pumped into the businesses. Sponsoring a racer and a racing class this summer, so that's one bit of funds... then re-launching a baking business we had... so that's the rest.
Focusing on those for now. Hopefully, I'll be successful enough to buy a new toy in the future
^ Alabama, engines made in Tennessee. Wouldn't really bother me, I think the W205 is quite a nice looking car, especially in AMG trim
That said, I like all the gen C class cars
I also had a 2007 Lexus IS250. It had lots of power, handled like a sports car, one of the most comfortable cars I have ever owned (and I have had many!). The closest dealership was 1 1/2 hours away and I made many, many trips there. Problems, problems, problems! I was so very disappointed. At 20,000 miles the fuel filler pipes needed to be replaced and rear calipers also had to be replaced. A little later on the water pump had to be replaced, all 4 alloys started to blister and had to be replaced. At 30,000 miles the 4 tires were done and had to be replaced. One by one, all 4 power door locks stopped working (the first 2 would not unlock, the remaining 2 would not lock with key fob.) There were other issues also, but I can't recall them at the moment, but at 40,000 miles, I decided to sell it while there was still some factory warranty on it and I could still get something for it!
Before I purchased my 2016 RDX Tech, I looked at the Lexus NT but after my experience with Lexus, I just could not seriously consider it.
Finally found a place/the time to mount my Radar detector controller It's been hanging out in the glove box ever since I did the install). I specifically got the 8500CI Plus because it had the LED indicator that could be mounted in-dash. So the controller remains generally out of sight, but I could always open up that little compartment if I needed to change a setting, change modes, full mute, etc.
I primarily rely on the verbal notification, the audio chime (It will beep, and say "K-Band" for 3 seconds, and if the alert last longer, the volume reduces to a softer tone). The LED on the dash goes from steady green to blinking red when there is an alert as well.
And as a shameless plug, I'm selling my BNIB Valentine One radar over in the black market if you want to check it out.
