The car does look backwards. I don't understand why the rear fender openings face the front, unless there's a radiator buried there somewhere. Maybe turbulence effects from the spinning wheel?

I think they're trying too hard to attenuate the marque's conservative image. All techno and no elan.

Well, at least it's mid-engine.
