Lightbulb Legacy 2.5GT Shoot...

hey guys,

did a quick shoot over the weekend with my buddy's brand new 07 subaru legacy 2.5GT. took it up to a mountain turnout just as the sun was coming down, catching some REALLY nice lighting during that 45 min - 1 hr timeframe~! tried to balance a mixture of close(r)-ups and far away shots.
relatively light editing for the first 7 and some heavier blending/HDR work for the last 3.

for anyone curious: camera used is canon 350d, lenses: 18-55 f3.5-5.6 (for most), 50 f1.8

i think this'll be a sweet addition to my upcoming portfolio (www.subtledream.com)... have to say i'm pretty happy with the results

enjoy... comments are very welcome!!

The drive was great, very chill and laidback though since the road was pretty narrow for a two lane mountain road. The lanes seemed to be too small to fit 2 cars at the same time... Turbo definitely felt strong starting around 3k. Pulled it up to 4.5k max. I'm still in break-in. Car handles great for a stock suspension and the RE92's. STi short throw improved shifting feel alot compared to the loosey goosey stock feel.

I have to thank Jon yet again for taking these fabulous shots. He always manages to wow everyone with his skills. Crazy shots these are. If only the 08's weren't updated, you coud have submitted these to SOA for their brochures.

Great pics... the '07 rims look horrible though. Not much you can do about what comes from the factory though

I'm actually stepping away from the lips on this car and going with a full kit. I was thinking something like this:

It's the Corazon kit. Aside from that there's no listings for any other modifications besides the aesthetics.

hahaha, as kenny mentioned... car's still in break-in period - didn't want to push it too hard! the drive is relatively short at ~3 miles, and the road is really narrow for 2-way traffic. we'll def take it up to a proper mountain road once she's ready
