L.A. Car Show Review

Seeing the 2003 CL was a dissapointment. The wheels on the S-Type look straight off an Accord. They lack the mean, bold look of the current style. The interior had some high points... black interiors had the titainium finish, nice touch. In 6-speed models, there is now a roll back lid to the drink holder that had to be the cheapest material It was all ready coming appart. The color trim around the front grill looked good. The center-mount antenna was cheap and looked like it was taken from a Yugo.

The highlights of the show (for me at least) was:

1) The Z.... it's everything I could ever imagine! Beautiful!!!
2) Infiniti G35!!! WOW... The interior was sharp... nice navi screen. A total surprise seeing it there!
3) New Navigator... the interior is so cool. Best Truck I've seen. Lincoln did a great job. It's no longer just a dressed up Expedition!
4) Hyundai Triburon... Awesome! Nice looking coupe. What the RSX should have looked like!
5) Mercedes SL.. by far, the best designed car ever. It is a work of art!

I'm not just going for the Acuras. Would be nice to get a glimpse of it beforehand, but I'm mostly going because I've never been to a big city carshow ala Det, LA, Chi.

When are you going Ken ???

Take lots of pictures of my Blue CL-S.
We need some more interior shots of the new trim.

Thanks,
