I found the show to be quite educational (how and where NOT to buy cars) I felt especially bad for the guy that traded in his Jetta, poor sucker.

Amusing show, but Chopper knows how to run the business (actually he's the son of the owner).......bit of a sleazy operation.
10 salesmen hanging out outside in the parking lot waiting to attack potential customers pulling in to the lot........very weak. No structure to the up system at all.

I kind of like the show. After working for a dealer somewhat behind the scenes on the sales side, I can appreciate the show. I like it, it reminds me of the brain damage that job was yet it also reminds me of how much fun I had at the same time.

Towbin Dodge has a horrible reputation. I heard horror stories way before the show was even on TV.
That's why I was a bit surprised to hear that the dealership was on a national TV show. I watched it the other day for a while. The show isn't too bad.
I hate how he talks, though. "What it do?" "That's how we DOOZ it."

Love that show. I don't even care about whether he's the #1 dealer or a jerk or whatever. I just want to see what's going on there. I loved the episode where that couple was working with the black guy (forget his name) and they write in the contract that they get to dunk him. That guy was wet and pissed off!
I also thought it was hilarious when they dumped a bucket of water on Chilly Willy from the roof when he got the 40 car goal. Too funny.
I work in sales, too and even sold Hondas for about ONE DAY. It sucked! Have a friend going into auto sales and told her she's gotta watch this show...

The show has great entertainment value and somewhat educational; as well as some sleaze value. Chopper character reminds me of Barry Minkow when he was 'cleaning carpet' Hopefuly the similarities ends there.
