Kid get's quite a ride in Gallardo Spyder........
Driven by Valentino Balboni....longtime chief Lambo test driver. This guy was real good friends with Lambo's founder Ferruccio L.

I love it - probably one of the best styled cars on sale right now - looks like a proper supercar, and sounds like one too.

Balboni is an amazing driver. Several years back, when my best friend got his 30th Anniversary Diablo delivered to him, Balboni came over and took him for a "Test Drive".

As a car it's fine, as a Lamborghini it's an atrocity.
It's engine is used in not one but TWO sedans, it's actual platform is being shared for another car, it's designed to be "soft" for the cushy people who don't want to work hard to go fast. Basically, everything a Lamborghini SHOULDN'T be.

i dont know..seemed sluggish when passing. i'd expect it to scream by them w/o a hiccup.
it sounds big and mean but from a roll like that i'd expect it to move left for the pass and boom, gone. at least thats how it goes when im on my bike :/

dude.....You have got to be kidding me. Seems like all you do is whine and moan.
The 2 your talking about are beautiful cars in thier own rights and not POS's like you make them out to be.
Its not like they are putting them in SUV's
Oh wait, Lambo already made a helluva suv but it was ahead of its time. IIRC it had a Countach V12 at that.
Now Porsche is making a 4 door, I guess you moaning about that also

What your were looking for? A Formula 1 race?
Was a blast around local streets to give the kid a fast ride in a Lambo.

Somehow I think we'll be waiting over a lifetime for that to happen.

I can one up that video you requested. I've got a video of an Enzo, Carrera GT, Ford GT, and various Porsche's from an open track day. My friend belongs to a automotive country club and exotics are common place.
The point was the kid won a ride in a Lambo with a world class test driver.
