downgrade if you ask me, but im not out looking to race people.
acura > mitsu
imo, its still a lancer, a 30k lancer at that
id rather get somethin like a 370z if I were lookin for somethin like that though.

I couldn't deal with the low-rent interior myself (though it is a HUGE improvement over the Evo IX). Still an awesome car if you can deal with the lack of luxury...

Al is performance oriented; sure i bet he loves the TL's looks but in the end, his options really kinda became very very limited.
Al go for the Evo, you'll get the tuning you wanted; it'll be less VIP, but that's not what you were focused on the most anyway.
i'm probably gonna dump the TL for the 370Z myself. (although i will never find another car where i loved the outside and inside so much)

yea here's the thing
I got the tl-s because I got inside of it... ROFL... made me all comfy and all, then I never even got a chance to drive civic si (that shit right there with a small ass turbo can spank the tl)
and now that I look at the lancer, and the monthly payment compared to the $600 I am dumping shit I wish I would've gotten a beamer instead of it
but damn the evo x is like 400 if that mad cheap

tls a chicks magnet? a very small magnet
if I wanted to pick up nyc chicks I would've gotten an s2k... that soft top when dropped drops the panties
an I am sorry i really like the looks of the evo x, compared to the exo ix (which was hideous)
the evo x is most definitely a baby gt-r

TL-S will not satisfy your need for speed haha

the evo x is a sick car. it is a very different car from the tl though...that's for sure. your payments will go down but your insurance might go up by the difference you will be saving lol.

If you do it, get it in white.

If you are out to race people don't get the evo. It will make my insurance higher than it already is plus you might hurt yourself and other innocent people.
Don't forget the evo maintenance is VERY VERY costly.
10k miles I bought new tires. The stock yokohamas cost well over $300 a piece from the dealership. The brake pads last 20k miles, synthetic oil, differential, clutch, mods yada yada its a money pit trust me.
Don't mess with agency power either its not the best quality. 350whp is not that easy or cheap. Boost controller, fuel pump, turboback exhaust, custom tune, gauges, and labor will cost well over $1500.
If you do get the evo, spend money on hpde/track events. Learn how to drive the car fast properly. You will get addicted to track days and it is not cheap. Other than that its a great car and a fun hobby.

That right there is reason enough not to get it. Unless you make a lot of money I'd keep the slower, better quality TL-S.

COME AT ME BRO!
I would much rather have an evo vs a tl. I will NEVER own anything from acrua again, Especially after all the problems with the tranny and misc, other crap. My boy has a new Evo MR and that car is bad ass man
