Nice, but its still on your record.
i'm sorry bro, but like all the other people said, you shouldnt be drinking and driving. i cant tell you not to drink bc i'd be a hypocrite, but drinking and driving is unacceptable. you're putting yourself and others at risk.
Congrats buddy

yeah. i dont understand why everyone is coming in here and flaming lol. but anyways i know what i did was wrong and u cant tell me that u never had a beer and drove home. the only reason i got pulled over was because of one head light. i think its kinda retarted that when ur 19 u cant have anything over .01 but when ur 21 u cant have anything above .08. its not like i will get bigger or trying to in 2 years. its not like my driving will become better. but law is law and i respect that. i know what i did was wrong.

I've done some really stupid things when I was younger and am thankful I was lucky. Now I am much more cautious and do dumb things much less often, maybe there is something to be said about getting older!
^ seriously... I can feel that I'm getting older everyday.
I couldn't stand a car being in front of me when I was younger, so I had always managed to stay over 80 mph on the freeway. But now, I just put the car on cruise control at 65 mph.

alot depends if the judge is pissed off.
don't drive until your license is back "legal" it's not worth going through that hassle again. just have a friend take you where your going or walk or take a bus. i know it sucks but its short term.

Just remember kid next time you have a broken headlight or any other fault with your vehicle. That would make a cop pull you over do not drink. Also if a cop asks wants to breathalyze you deny it and ask to be taken to the hospital to get your BAC checked there. By then your BAC will be lower. The funny thing is, that you were not impaired at all. You were just underage. Be careful next time.
Congrats. I got out of my DUI when I was younger lightly as well. I served my 3 month suspension and paid 212 dollars. The judge happened to be a friend of my lawyer, so he dropped the case. I paid court fees and a ticket for improper lane change (I got pulled over for switching lanes without signal).
