That's interesting. I never knew the President and VP weren't allowed to drive anything. Who wouldathunk.

I'm glad he was able to talk pretty easily when it comes to cars, and enjoy them instead of advocating for hybrids wherever he speaks.

 

I happen to like Mr. Biden and this is one more reason. to another Corvette fan......Corvette fans thankfully transcend political leanings.

If told I couldn't drive it....."Dammit, I'm the Vice President! Let me rent a track wherever the f*** I want for a day! An hour! Something"

FWIW, Johnson gave daughter Luci a convertible Corvette for her 18th birthday. But later after she got married and was expecting her first child he took it away. Didn't think a Vette was a proper car for a expecting mom. The car today is at the Johnson Presidential museum in TX.

Corvette. Cool. I didn't know anything about Biden until a few years ago. Since then I thought him to be a pretty interesting guy.

I wish I had a quarter mile drive way to burn rubber in.
