Would be really cool if you could remove it and take it to starbucks or whatever with you too. Does that little box they relocated have a radio or satellite built in? iTunes is great and all but I would miss some sort of radio and since they don't have internet while driving Pandora is out

Awesome concept. I wonder how they'll be able to load new contents into it if it's not easily removable or has some kind of auxiliary port to do data transfer.

That would only work in an SUV, the screen looks huge. Nice install, but that damn glare on the screen is too much, they need a visor or soemthing.

Bet there are going to be some sick apps that control parts of the car audio and functions coming soon.

Ok.
I'm one of those people that loves most everything Apple.

I hated the iPad when it was announced though, because it was basically just had a beefed up iPhone OS vs. a Mac OS inside it. I think it's kind of stupid to be honest.

Despite that though...I actually think this is
I'd rock that in my car. haha

Neat idea. If you have one of those Sprint internet devices or the "phone as modem" feature on your cell, that would be pretty handy in some cases. I'm not a fan of the iPad but I do like the way this was executed.

Good concept, but it can be improved by having a removeable bezel or a mounting area.

Is it a good idea to expose the iPad to the heat environment that some interiors reach while sitting in parking lots?

Nice install. As an (happy) Apple investor, I hope they make more of these installs.

Funny, I have a Macbook and an itouch, but I hate Apple. Just the proprietary nature of them. That being said, an i-kotex about half the size would be better in a vehicle.

BTW....the Hyundai Equus comes with an iPad.

Basically the iPad is the owner's manual.

Lucky you. My mom had a bunch of Apple stock and sold it off. Before the iPod was ever introduced
