Yeah the title is correct... So I am driving to work today, and I see a Kia Amanti a few cars head of me. Nothing seems out of the norm, but I notice there's something not quite right with the rear end. I get closer to the car, and I see no Kia badges at all, just a nice silver Mercedes emblem...

Huh? No way, someone trying to disguise a Kia as a Mercedes? Can't be that stupid... I drive further ahead, and sure enough the front of the car has a vertical Mercedes emblem!! Yup, Kia C-Class indeed...

Why not buy a Bentley or a Rolls-Royce emblem while you're at it? I mean if you're going to be a poser, at least go all the way up the car chain.

That car is on my "ugliest cars ever made" list.

 

The funny thing is, if he would have spent like $5k more on his car (assuming he bought the Kia new), he could have bought a real C-Class (although a base one, it would have real MB emblems!).

 

Well when Hyundai releases their luxury line up i'm sure the logo will be an upside down mercedes symbol so that guy isn't too far off

i'll never understand this. ok, going from the A to the H to appear JDM; putting hyundai badges on your bentley cause you own a hyundai dealership, sure, but why do people try to be what they aren't even close to being?


the roofline is actually very close to that of the Jag S-type, which unfortunately, is also ugly.
