nice QC.....only question is these cars are put on dynos with virgin motors?????? Makes me think the breakin period is :bsflag:

That sucks! ... to buy what you think is a BRAND NEW car w/ a factory paint job - but, really it has already had body work and a paint job done to it!

link didn't work for me but there was a video posted a few days ago with the whole process of a 3 series being made. I can't find the thread but it was pretty cool.

My dad worked at both GM & Chrysler when he was younger & he used to always say that it was commonplace...alot of cars got dings, scrapes from being moved around, etc & had to be fixed before leaving the factory.
