Import Car Show in PA. on Aug.4th
....She cooks me dinner last night, did my laundry and says "oh by the way, there is a car show on Sat Aug 4th at the Great Valley High School from 1-5pm in case you are interested honey". It's a beautiful thing!!, I think I love this girl man.
Anyway, she is right, import car show in Malvern PA. at GV. HS parking lot. I will post some directions as soon as I can in case you guys around the area are interested in meeting up again.
Let me know what ya guys think

Directions to GVHS:
From Philly or PA. turn Pike
take 76 west to 202 south to (West Chester)
stay on 202 until exit 401 to Frazer.
take Frazer exit and stay right and merge onto 401.
Turn right on Phoenixville Pike and the GVHS is on the right.
Address for the Navi, 225 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern Pa.
From the turnpike, just keep going to the King of Prussia interchange and get on 202 south until the 401 Frazer exit. (follow directions above)
Pretty easy directions.
Hope to see some of your mugs there!

It is a controlled environment for whom ever is sponsoring the show. I figure it might be intersting to see what everyone has done and take some pics. It's a reason for us to get together and meet to.

The best way for you to go is the Pa. Turnpike to the King of Prussia, Pa. Exits
Then pick up the 202 south. Just check out
Mapquest or Yahoo maps and you will see the interchanges.

My little and only niece gave that name to my car so I call it that now. All the girlies love the name because I tell them my niece named it. Chicks dig that.

I will be there. What time is everyone showing up? I am trying to get my friend to bring his Ferrari. It's only a Mondial, but hey, it still has the Prancing horse.
See you there!!!

I am planning to get there about 11:00, 11:15 or so, depending on the drive.
Xenon, the forecast says we will have showers in the morning, is there any info about what to do in that case?

Well, the meet got kind of rained out. Before the torrential rain, hit, I got to meet xenon and BigPimp. If you have not met either one, you should. Two of the coolest people I've met in a while. The good news is my actuator is working. Here are the highlights:
3 CL-S: (me, BigP, and xenon) Two silver one PDG
2 Panoz : An Esparante and a Roadster
1 BMW M5
1 911 (993 previous gen)
1 Boxter S
That's it as far as the cars go. Then there were your token Civics ( I personally liked the red one with the DVD and fishtank) and VW's.
Anyway, it was great meeting a couple of the members of this board. Hopefully I'll see you two (and a bunch of other CL owners) at the Scott Honda Import meet this week.
Later!!

yeah, the show was better than expected, got to meet some cool peeps, another board member CCNS24, and xenon7 was representing again.
The turn out was better than expected, with some decent rides, especially this prelude with sorta sundance gold color but much lighter, but very nice custom job. Although that same guy had a type S sticker on tet back, but not off the CLS, and a fake exhaust, but it looked good for show purposes.
There was a nice M5 there, and another real nice Lorinser c240 silver. I liked that car.
There were even pretty decent looking girls there who participated in the show to my surprise. The bad part was of course that it rained out, but overall lots of fun.
