It's fairly straight forward...

1. Unbolt and remove old engine
2. Install and bolt in new engine (be cautious of danger to manifold)

Completely different engines. Going to need a new ECU and wiring, and who knows what else to get it to fit/work. Won't be cheap... that's for sure.

not gunna work. the accord has a c series v6 in it and the tl is a j series. along with being a different angle 60 degrees Vs 90 degrees you will need to fit a new trans and axles. the tl axles are too long and you will break them the instant you try to drive.

how much do you want for the engine heads? (tl ones)

Might fit in the trunk if you are careful.

Er... piece o' cake.

Don't even bother taking out the Accord engine - bout 4 bolts or so. Just mount it right on top. Now you got 10 or 12 cylinders.

Enjoy!

That sucks dude. whomever told you that engine will fit in your car took you for a long ride. You might actually have some luck trying to sell that engine to someone with a civic though, J-swaps are getting very popular. did it come with the trans and ecu/harness?
