I'm bored with my Acura.
Man.... Im tired of finding the right rims for my Type S (that will fit) , plus.... there're absolutely not enough mods out there for my car to choose.
Help me keep this car... I just got it a month ago.

I think the "oversteering thing" bugs me about this car & can't find the rims to fit the BBK gets on my f** nerves, no aftermarket exhuast offer anywhere.
Don't get me wrong, I love the electronic parts and the technology of TL-s.
But Just mainly fustrated about what I've mention above...

Honestly, if you're bored with it then it's probably not the car. With all due respect, you should re-evaluate why you bought the car in the first place and what you were hoping for ... Then figure out what to do to fix that independent of vehicle ownership.

This car really wasnt' meant to be modified much, yet there are still plenty of nice/tasteful mods that you can do to it. You should pick up and RSX-S, and get I/RH/E/Cams/K-pro. That should take care of your mod problems.

But you're right, I should ve stick with the M3 (which was one of my choice).
Oh well, Thanks for all the input. I'll have to make myself like the TL some how.....

What is it that you want the car to do that it won't? To be truly bored with a car in a month means you bought the wrong car, dumping money into mods is a waste, your not going to be happy with its look or performance. From my experience the truly fun to drive cars, the ones that you don't get bored with are small and light, big heavy cars tend to be dull and boring to drive. The closest you can come to a fun to drive sedan for a some what affordable price is the 335i and even then its fairly heavy.
I guess it really boils down to what is it that bores you, or more importantly what has kept your interest in the past.

Its obvious that you didn't do enough research before you bought your car.

I get what you all are saying.
I guess I am a newb in Acura Game. Honestly, I didn't know much about the car before I purchased. Maybe It's b/c my past cars (e46, prelude,350z) have sooooo many mods choices to choose from but when it comes to the TL........ I looked around for parts ....................... like 1 manufacture for after market exhuast.
That was a big dissappointment
anyways , I just wanted to know what you guys think about my opinion that's all.
Hopefully more mod choices will be available in the future.

The reason your bored is because there aren't a lot of mods available? Usually one mods a car in order to improve a weakness the owner/driver feels exists, a mod for mods sake is an unhealthy habit to get into.ß

The sad thing is that people repeat this process over and over, often getting further and further upside-down because they get tired of relatively new cars.
I can't see getting bored with a TL-S after a month.
A Chevy Aveo? Fuck yes. I'd beat myself with a bag of hammers if I bought one of those things in a delusional state.
But the TL-S is a nice car. It's pretty quick, and adept handling FWD car, nice on the inside.
My opinion is that it's a mistake because of the compensation issue.

After one year i was bored with my RL, but bored with the TL-S after 1 month? Isn't the TL-S supposed to be Acura's most sporty car aside from the NSX? Well, I guess buyer's remorse = happy dealer when you try to trade that sucker in for something else after 1 month.

Heck Paul, Grayson (ATXCLS) drives more different cars than the law allows and is moddin his viper... so, if youre not happy, just change cars... he's selln his TLS and bought a truck to haul the viper to races... its all in what you want... life's short! ENJOY it! Holla at Grayson... he'll give you his 411..
BTW... my '01 CLS is just lowered slightly and thats all I have done... I spent my extra cash paying it off rite after I bought my house...so its whatever fits your life bro!...IMVHO
