Hey man...when you're hurt that deeply, the emotional scar can take years to mend.

Heck, I still don't speak to my ex.

2007 Audi A4.

I test drove a bunch of Ac's but Audi had a huge price cut around Christmas time when I picked mine up. I still miss the Acura, will probably go back to it next car.

By the way y'all I haven't been on here in a while, it's nice to see how much more participation there is now. Time was when i started at this site that a thread could sit for an hour without a response back in 2001.

Yeah Neteditor - i know it sounds odd but I'm just not as comfy driving the A4. Prior to my A4 I had a used BMW 330i that spent more time in the shop than on the road, so I learned my lesson there.

I just wish that the Acura would have some better exterior styling

My two favorite cars I owned were by far, my 1992 Acura Legend Coupe that was a 5 speed manual, and my 2001 Audi S4 ( bet you couldn't guess I had one of those). The acura was a fun car, felt faster then it actually was (very torquey feel for a honda engine), and has the nicest styling of any acura made to date outside of the NSX IMHO. With that said, I just couldn't compare it to the S4. It had more power, better interior, more fun to drive and AWD. They are two completely different kind of cars though, and I can see where you would prefer the acura still. Both are great cars in my eyes.

There are far worst things in life than driving a kia for two weeks . Stop whining and be happy you are healthy and your family is ok .

Anyway, welcome back Laurelcrest. I haven't seen you since the days of acura-tl.com with the exception of a little bit of time on here...

And even though you've long since moved on... I agree with you. Nothing Acura has appeals to me and hasn't since I had my 2002 TL-S. Luckily though I had a great dealership that took care of me when I did have the TL-S. I had my tranny replaced in 2004 and my loaner was a 2004 TL.

BTW, we have a 2006 A4 ourselves. What a great car...
