I had no idea those were referred to as land sharks. I always thought that was in reference to the old 6 series. Learned something.

You know, you can solve the Navi issue by going to a gas station (or Wal-Mart) and buy a map for $7.99. Never needs batteries and no suction cup on the dash.

Congrats on the purchase. If its coming from Alberta, I hope they only drove it during the 2 weeks of summer.....

Looks pretty nice! Having driven both back to back, I still felt like the Cayman S was sportier than the Bimmer. I know I'd have a much better price on the M. Price reasons aside, why'd you pick the M roadster over the Porsche? Maybe the vert feature...

It is a very nice summer cruiser though!

EDIT: Where in Ontario are you?

I went to Pfaff Porsche in Woodbridge but because I am relatively young, they didn't take me seriously. They thought I couldn't afford the car . Also, like you said, I wanted a convertible and didn't want to buy a Boxster. The car looks nice but I see too many women driving around in that car. The M Roadster looks muscular and have more power than the Porsche. I'm surprised how much attention this car gets on the road. I think the cops are keeping an eye on me. hahaha

I'm from St. Catharines.

Jackasses. That's how the mercedes salesguy was when i went to testdrive the sl550. i always walk in with a tanktop, surf trunks, and slippers and the f-ckin douche thought i was waiting for my father. He kept flirting with the receptionist the whole time. The porsche salesguy had no attitude at all and immediately asked if i wanted to testdrive the cayman s or 911 first. He photocopied my license and then threw me the keys. I guess every dealership is different.
