You're not very stable, are you Nicky??

You seem to Flip-Flop on cars quite easily despite the $$ and effort you've put into your Cobra (which you will never see back).

I don't know!
I've had the Cobra for over 3 years....which is the longest I've kept anything! I'm kind of bored with it!

I'm with you Nicky, as a car guy you get bored, if you can afford it then get what you want or you'll never be happy. The GC SRT8 is bad ass

I love the SRT8, but only downside is that it probably gets piss poor gas mileage.

Just givin you shit.
I know what you mean, I've had my CL-S for just over 3 years and I can't wait to switch it up, even though I told myself I would drive it til it dies.

I could probably get an SRT 8 and have no payment! I'm sick of having 2 cars. I could sell the Cobra and the Accord and just have the SRT. I put the Cobra for sale on a few mustang websites, so I'll see what happens.

Sounds like a 'grass in greener' syndrome.

Jeeps do nothing for me but, the SRT8 IS pretty hot. The only reason I would offload a Terminator for one is if I really needed the utility but was not willing to sacrifice much performance. Let us know (WITH PICS) once/if the trigger is pulled on this swap.

Good Luck.
Remember, Beltfed has a GC SRT 8, so he can get you any info you need.
And yeah, the GC would be great for Chi winters...the Cobra...eh, not so much.

So get out and drive it! You might enjoy yourself

I prefer the Cobra, but the SRT8 is a very nice SUV.

Seems like you did not drive it enough FOR the novelty to have worn off.

SRT-* is amazing. I've been in one with headers, intake, and cat back. My goodness does that thing move and sound so amazing.

But at only 6k miles, your Cobra basically IS new! It's like driving it off the lot, taking the depreciation hit and then selling it...

I bought it for $33K new, I'll get around $28K....$5K in 3 years isn't a big hit.

In another 17 years it might fetch $50k+ at a Barrett Jackson auction.

the 2 SUV's I fear on the road are the SRT-8 and the Cayenne Turbo (S), those 2 cars are in a class by itself

do you guys ever go into youtube and just plug in " Grand Cherokee SRT 8"? It's pretty insane some of the stuff in there

My ex just leased a new Jeep. He wanted the SRT but couldn't afford it, got the one below it instead. I peaked in at the interior Saturday. It's decent, definitely a step up from his last Jeep, but I was still underwhelmed for such an expensive vehicle. I guess the SRT's power would be more of the attraction anyway, but there's no way I could drive something so huge.

Call me old school, but I just don't understand the attraction of a 2 1/2 ton SUV with displacement. What's the friggin point? You'll still get bitchslapped by a mini cooper on a freeway on-ramp.
