I think I'd buy a 2010 Mustang just for the turn signals..

There are plenty of people who have modded earlier model Mustangs to do that same thing.

I love the sequential LED tail lights

Nice thing is that they're standard even on the most base Mustang.

OP- I would get the blue but then again I am biased towards that color. If it were me, I would save a little while longer and get the 5.0.

I think this axle-back exhaust sounds pretty good... Very VQ'ish.

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/bIhUZvsgg4Y?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/bIhUZvsgg4Y?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

Also notice that's a base V6 in the video... Such a different look without the Pony package.

Can't remember if you mentioned anything about it, but have you considered the Camero's?

After just a quick look, the 1SS which starts at just over $30K has a 6.2.

And from what it looks like, it's pretty decked out to begin with (since it includes everything in the lower packages....20" wheels, leather seats, Boston stereo, Bluetooth, power seats....oh yea, 426 pony's and brembos.

+1 on the blue
I like the Pony package except for the lower stripe across the side of the car.
This is the 2011 v6 exhaust note I've liked the most so far

1SS in Canada STARTS at 37k. Yeah... That's not happening

Luckily the stripe delete is a no charge option that I no doubt will be choosing. The Magnaflow sounds good too...

I will say this abot the V6 Mustang: It won't ever sound as good as its bigger brother, the 5.0

So are you getting it with navi?

How long did they say it will take to get your car?

You need to post A LOT of pics when you get it.

Navi is pretty much the only option I will be skipping out on. The brand new TomTom I have will live in the glove box until I actually need it

If they can't find the car I want at another dealership, and have to order it, it would be 6-7 weeks. I'm praying there's a sterling gray or kona blue 6-speed with the pony package sitting somewhere on a lot in Ontario

Dang never thought the V6 stang could sound so good!

A little odd not hearing a v8 rumble out of mustang but still drool worthy.

The only reason I asked about the navi is, it seems to upgrade the look of the interior, that's all.

I hope there is a dealer who can track one down for you.

I like the Kona Blue.

I've driven the 2010 V6 and rode in the 2011 V6 but driven the 2011 GT. Noticeable difference in the V6 but it's not as fast as the GT, which is pretty obvious...
I think it's a great buy for a DD. 31MPG give or take is pretty damn good for a 300hp car. Rides nice and smooth for a pony car.

I'd say go for the V6 Mustang. Its obvious you like fords, its priced right, plenty of power and cant complain about the MPGs.

as for the color, I think i'd pick grey. easy to keep clean on a DD. The blue is second for me, kinda wish it wasnt so dark but somewhere between grabber blue.

This is the color of the one (first one for me) that I pulled up next to at a light last Tuesday. He was turning left, me right. I told him that if I were in the market, the new 2011 Mustang GT would be on top of my short list. This is the best one Ford has offered out of the box that I can recall.

I love it that Ford has seen fit to keep the car looking like what it is. I don't like flash and cosmetic glamor, except in women, with crap hung on the car simply for looks and boy-racer shouting. The new Mustang fits Frank Lloyd Wright's famous words, "form follows function" perhaps better than any other pony car. What Ford did with the support systems is also exactly what they should have done. This is rolling proof that fine machinery can be made available for an affordable price.

OP: Question for you. Living in TOronto puts you 2-4 hours from the US. Is it cheaper to go to the US and buy it? I don't know what the process is, but that might get you more for the money.

The car seems good, though. I'm not a Ford guy at all, but that is a good looking car. Black does look good.

The pricing between Canada and the USA for the car optioned the way I want are very similar. I think the MSRP in the USA is 25k and in Canada 26k.

The savings aren't really there for the V6.

Window louvers are an absolute

I hate the way they look on everything except the original Mach 1's. Then they're fine

Awesome; I love the new Mustangs (liked the 05-09's, too). I find the turn signals gimmicky, though; hopefully there will be a way to mod that. Even if not, my next car will be a 11-14 5.0.

Drove this one tonight:

It was automatic again ( ) but overall, it's exactly how I'd order mine. I think I like black the best... Yes, I know it hard to keep clean, I know all about that, but I think it looks great on this car...

Wednesday will be the day to talk numbers...

I'll absolutely be driving a manual first. Dixie Ford stocks a few manuals.

There's a dealer in Quebec that has the EXACT car I want... Only problem is that shipping it here will cost extra $$$...

Cool Mustang... but I think Mustangs should have the v8. This is coming from a guy that has a 2004 mustang v6 in the garage.

Hyundai Genesis is still a better choice IMO.

k good

x2 Can you take delivery in QC? Are there miles on the QC one? I would just order one up to ensure freshness LOL. The waiting will KILL you, but make it oh so sweet when she finally arrives.

Totally unrelated,... I wonder what the Boss 302 will cost in Canada.

Wow, you're weird. There is no way on earth I would buy a new Mustang without the Sync nav option. It is one of the best oem nav units out there and Sync allows alot of features to be integrated through the hi-res screen. Not to mention how much better the interior of that car looks with nav....

it seems like u can afford a V6 Mustang without much effort. If that is the case... a few grand more /48 or 60 month payment shouldnt affect you at all.

Then you have to get the 5.0.... i dont care how good V6 sounds like with aftermarket exhaust... it will never sound as good as a V8 ... especially a 5.0L V8.....

that alone is worth the extra $
