hi
i need a good headers and exhaust system for accord 08 v6 4d but not noise and expensive. how many HP and torque i will get and is it worth it

Well, you can forget the headers because the J35Z2 V-6 has its exhaust manifolds integrated with the cylinder heads. That will save you a tidy bit of money right there.

Past that, any catback exhaust for that car will likely only make it sound cool and save a little weight. Don't expect anything significant in the way of HP gains.

You can get a custom built j-pipe like what richie makes us for our accords and TL's. For an exhaust I would recommend magnaflow. Sounds amazing and gives good gains. I got 7whp and 6wtq from my magnaflow. A injen cai would also give you some good gains. around 10whp at the least from that.

Comptech, Magnaflow, and Borla were some of the best sounding 7gen exhausts, Greddy too but the cans were huge.

I know Magnaflow and GReddy(single outlet) make exhausts for the 8th gen, but I'm not sure who else does. I know a lot of 8th gen owners are deleting their pre-mufflers and are getting a really nice sound out of the stock exhaust, so that's another option to think about.

As far as the J-Pipe goes, I have Richie's J-Pipe and Test-Pipe on my 7th gen and it really gave a lot of mid to high RPM power. Unfortunately AZine won't allow me to link his website, so I'll just have to spell it out: www r dash V 6 P dot com
