I have a dead TL on my hands, now what?

Well after 260,000 miles my sister's 01 TL finally called it quits. Long story short I think the engine is seized, and although the transmission was rebuilt last year for the first time, i'm pretty sure I felt it slipping last time I was driving it in the summer. Today i'll be stripping out all of the audio equipment in there (aftermarket stuff that I had previously installed) and also all the lightbulbs and such. The original plan was to just sell it to a junkyard and have it towed and that was that. I flew home from school yesterday though and I own an 03 TL-S, so my questions are:

1) Should I send it to the junkyard and just get it towed right away?

2) Should I part it out and keep things for my own car? (If I were to do this, is it even worth keeping body panels and such considering insurance pay anyways for any accident I would happen to get into)

3) Sell it on craigslist or list it in the black market as a parts car?

Both our cars' are WDP, although I highly doubt they match considering Acura can't match WDP on one car, let alone two different ones. Also, I won't have enough time over break/during the school year since I'm overseas to host eBay auctions after I part it out. Again, I would only part it out for personal use. That's pretty much it, thanks in advance for the advice

Replace the engine?

I figure that after 260000 miles you know what you have. Maybe it's worth keeping the car. You're not going to get any kind of money selling it.

If you have to sell it and don't mind spending some time, then I would say remove the parts that you can sell and then sell the car to a junk yard.

I would, but I don't have the time. I'm flying back out to school on the second after the new year. Acura quoted $6000 to fix everything, i'm sure I can get it towed to a garage across the street from me in Brooklyn and get it done for half of that over the summer but again i'm sure the transmission is ready to go again soon. I think I will indeed just strip the trunk and rear bumper cover for now and throw it up on craigslist and the black market right now.

If you the time, I'd sell it on craigslist as a whole. You'll get the most money that way without the headache of parting it out.
