Figured I'd update this...
Picking the truck up tomorrow after having the larger lower crank pulley, ID850 injectors, a couple new pulleys/belt, and a custom fabbed up Walbro 450 fuel pump and lines. Went from 3.5psi to 12psi
Now to find a dyno that can fit the width of my truck. Builder estimates around 650hp, and putting down close to 500whp.
Last piece of the build is waiting for the custom 1 piece 5" driveshaft from Driveshaft Specialists out of TX.

Nice. Sounds like you went with something similar to what I have in the works with changing up the lower pulley and all. Can't wait to see your dyno results.

Since my setup is similar to the CTS-V, my builder was using a similar setup. I have a 6.0 vs. 6.2 and there other differences, but I hope to get some good dyno #'s. I know that a similar setup (but with 9.55" lower crank pulley, ID850 injectors, upgrade cooler, and drop in fuel pump) usually nets around 540-560whp on the V's. I have significant drivetrain loss, so I'll end up under 500whp is my guess.

I should have weighed them...but weight wasn't my concern. know the OEM driveshaft is 0.625" think and had cast yolks. This one in .125" thick with machined yolks...so maybe 1-2lbs heavier? Diameter on both is 5".

4974 is what the strongest Factory OE tube is rated."
