I can tell you all about the 2003 Lancer Evolution (USDM).

A few of you know where I work. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves:

(Pics removed - too late.)

Looks to me like it'll stack up right next to the STi (twin-scroll, FMIC, water-spray, etc.) and perhaps undercut it with price.

The pics will come down shortly so view them while you can.

hp/torque numbers are in the latest C&D. Best guess is between 255-275hp and similar torque. Options are in pic #3.

Damn you Americans!!! Rumor has it that the Lancer EVO will not be available for sale in Canada due to its failure to meet Canadian bumper safety regulations.

Kinda like how we never got the MR-S.

I hear they are pretty long and that dealers are already marking them up about $10k

Each dealer will be alotted ~4 of them. I believe Mitsubishi frowns on massive dealer mark-ups, but really - if they can sell them for $35k+ each, why not do so?

Hmm... employee discount (a little over dealer cost) = pretty affordable Evo. Bah, I couldn't afford one without trading in the CLS and that's not happening.
