Im not surprised. As far as i know, some of the mercedez cars can be washed just like on the video. This car will be just fine because it has that option. In the end, this is something that many people, if not most people, are not used to see on their daily basis.

Yeah the interior will be really clean when the entire thing has to be replaced after that due to mold and electrical issues.
