How I Saved $50K on a Vette

The specs on a new C6 are awesome except one... a 6'5'' person doesn't fit into the car. I also test drove a BMW 540 6 speed which is really fast without comforts of an Acura. Finally after driving a Merc E320, I have the most legroom in an Acura RL. The voice activated NAV system is something out of Star Trek!

I think the RL will have to be it.

He saved the $50k on the Vette and spent it on the RL.

I think he just should have used the ellipsis at the end of that thread title.

Congrats on the decision to go with the RL. I currently have an 04 TL and I love it. I also have the same "problem" as you. I'm nearly 6'10", and 275 lbs. This seriously limits my choices when it comes to driving a passenger car. I drove an SUV for four years and switched over to the TL and LOVE the thrill of driving a high tech performance sedan. I'll be driving my Acura until I finish law school, upon which I will retire the TL and promptly purchase the new BMW M5. 506 horsepower, four doors, and plenty of leg room for us all tall guys
