That photo makes a great case for getting a white standard C6 or Z06 and throwing on some black center HREs.

I'm still debating if I want to get into another Vette after the M3 goes.

Would a standard C6 be that bad? The Z06 is probably going to be a tad more than I want to spend on another sports car (been there with the Viper).

The wheels are definitely chopped on.

perhaps, but it just looks "too" clean. I think the car was in motion, but some filters were added to enhance it.

it's kind of like the difference between an SL55 and an SL65. The SL55 is a sweeeet ass ride... but damn, the SL65 raises the bar way higher. ok maybe that is not a good analogy, but I dunno, it's Friday.

Works for me... 400hp/400tq in a 3200 package sounds like enough to get me into trouble

I'll definitely drive the Z06 if I decide to go the Vette route, but the Z06 is definitely going to be like 15-20k more than a standard coupe (depending on how you option the coupe out).

Another plus is that the headless Pillsbury doughboy steering wheel is gone for 06, all models get the 3 spoke wheel.
