ok so how do you install a xentec hid kit on a 99 honda civic.. need help...

 

kinda the wrong place to post this but I'll attempt to answer. I've never done it on a 99 civic but it shouldn't be that much diff than any other car. Find a secure place to mount the ballast,take out old bulb's/put in the new one's, lastly the wiring is nothing it's just matching up the right ends from bulb to ballast. Turn on to make sure your good and be

 

forgot to mention, wear rubber gloves, DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB

 

Also, without projectors you'll have a lot of glare and it may not yield any actual improvement in visibility.
