Being so new to this... Acura and this forum, half the time I don't even understand the replies LOL! I was away for a few days and found so much information, helpful and otherwise Thanks for so much feedback. I actually decided against all the choices, wanted a little lower mileage and do still have some time before lease is up, so am still searching. The third car I didn't see had 88K miles, had a 3" square rip in the drivers seat, but said they would fix that and didn't seem that well taken care of. I leased mainly because I can never really afford the car I really want and that was the only way I could get close to it, but I do put on at least 15K miles per year and always was paying more for the payments anyway. Looking at new now and used. I am scared to admit I am thinking about SUV's now,(can't afford Acura) so it may be Rav 4, Rogue, CX7, Tiguan- can't wait for the replies on those! LOL Any honest opinions would be welcomed.

If you find the right car, when are you going to pull the trigger?

What car do you REALLY want and what's the budget cap not including tax/tags?

Maybe you just need to play the numbers.

My 2 cents is if you want a tsx just get an accord. I got a 08 tl last week for 25k alittle over your budget but it's mint looks brand new and had 17,700 miles. And for that price it included gap insurance and 3yr/75,000 miles warranty bumper to bumper with no deductible. And I bought from my local Honda dealer. I love my tl I traded in my 07 Si so it for my to say that takes slot.
