HELP!No Acura LEGEND forum? BRAKE LIGHTS NOT WORKING!!!?
92 LEGEND - I've been wrenching all day, cant figure out why my brake lights are not coming on, MY Shifter wont go into reverse- I'M LOCKED OUT of the tranny, unless I use the key to over-ride the safety thing. The braking sensor above the pedal is "clicking" when I depress the pedal, but I don't know how to test it to make sure it works. I looked for fuses, but found nothing. Oh- The ABS light comes on after a minute of driving (Don't know if that has anything to do with it either?)
OH, The brakes work fine, but the car has 220+K miles on it. Now little things are starting to break, which is understandable, But I need Brake Lights!
(And front turn signals too, and was hoping to search here... until I found out there is no forum for me...
)

Had this go out on my old CL as well. Pain in the butt, but luckily an easy fix...

Yep, this happens on older cars, Legend included. Fortunately it's an easy fix if you're moderately handy.
