According to Turbo Mag, they got almost 14 hp more to the wheels. If thats true, I think it would more than balance out the added weight. And according to the article, the Z they tested it on had 19 inch wheels on it.
I would get the Ingen.. IMO the angle will be a non-issue when the car is driving on the road. From underneath, it may look different, but a non-issue once its installed and the car is on the ground.

to add... I think the angle makes the car look pretty mean!!!

also though, I have to agree I don't like the old style where the tips were angled too... the straight tips + angled mufflers work...

Go with an Amuse TI..
Drop the weight instead of going TD. Your pockets will be as light as your exhaust when you are done.
Both look like pretty nice systems. The Greddy looks to be a bit more conservitive of the two. I have the Nismo exhaust . It really sticks out when you are behind the car. ( SS muffler ) Probably more than either of the two choices you have. If you can get a good deal on the injen, I would go for it.

Like others have stated, get the Injen for cost effectiveness. If I am reading correctly you are saying that the Injen set you would be getting does NOT have the angles mufflers ?
I've never heard the Greddy in person, but I'd personally go for only the Borla TD or leave the stock on. There are 2 Z's at AutoX, one has the Injen Exhaust and the other a Nismo exhaust. I've driven their cars a few times and I don't notice any increase in power over my stock exhaust, and I actually think it sounds worse. It drones quite badly compared to stock. The Borla is the only Z exhaust that truly impressed me.

Neither one of these above is a bad choice though. If it comes down to these 2, I'd go with the Injen.

A sponsor of my Z site just got a new 350z with JUST the ingen exhaust, The Z pulled 248 hp at the wheels and peak torque of 230 lb/ft. After the baseline pulls he fitted on Injen's dual exhaust and placed the car back on the dyno. The Z than pulled a peak of 256hp and 236lb/ft.
I still got time, the guy who I have the option of buying the ingen wont sell until he gets his APS exhaust...(currently he's installing the turbo). so I have some time still before it arrives from Australia.

When I get home from work I'll post the figures the article gave but it was like 14hp
I think it was in Super Street, not positive though.
I don't like the angled look.
