Help Me Pick a Color please!
Help Me Pick a Color please!
well my mom is getting a new car in a couple of weeks ('06 530i), but we have a predicament here... cant decide which color to get... she is basically going to get whichever color i choose and hopefully ill get to whip it around time to time..
so i need some help:
to me, im usually a sucker for a nicely polished black car, but something to me doesnt vibe with this car in black (it would look better with tints, but my mom doesnt want)... and usually im not a fan of silver (i think its boring, but the 5 looks pretty good)

Do not like the new 5, but Black Sapphire Metallic is a very nice color on it.
I will aslo accept Monaco Blue Metallic or Titanium Grey Metallic

My friend has an '04 530i in the darkest shade of black available, and with tinted windows the car is very nice. I like the white the best on that car, but a lot of people have it. I tend to hate silver cars so I'd definitely opt for the black.
Anything but silver... While silver does hide dirt well, I swear every other bmw I see on the road is silver... so I voted black, which is a bitch to keep clean looking. If blue was on the list, I would have choose that over black tho'.
I saw a red 330xi the other day and almost fell in love

My two favorite color choices on cars. My Acura is silver and my Jeep is black so I can attest to both. Black doesn't hide dirt at all but when it is shined up there is nothing better! Silver is clean and sharp looking. On the 5-series that black looks really sharp but I chose silver because it's a sporty color for that car

I agree, get black.
walking home from work just now on Monroe, I almost got hit by a speeding Imola Red 3-series. I literally had to step out of the way in a hurry, I was like inches from being hit. I thank my quick reflexes but also I think some higher power helped me out - (THANKS!).
Anyways so I would not get that color, I hate it.
btw the Chicago area has a severe shortage of white E60's... at least I never see any
white is my first pick for E60. or any BMW, for that matter.
but since you don't have that as an option, get black. silver Bimmers =

Both are very unique colors.
