When the sign and drive deal is gone, it probably would take 1-2 hours just to negotiate to this deal from MSRP.
It is a $25,000 car, there is only so much room in there for negotiation compare to ... $50,000 car.
Also it is a GTi, not a regular golf. I am even surprised they include GTi in this sign and drive promo.
Usually those "unique" models are never included in any Promo. Such as MS3, M3, M5, G37 IPL, AMG, GTi, ISF and etc...

Went to the dealership.
Test drove the one with Navi/6MT/Moonroof/Xenon light.
The drive off amount is about the same around $370, but the monthly payment was like $350 which is about 35 bucks more than the base model.
The saleguy said these rate is good up to 30th of this month. I told him I'll get back to him later and left the dealership. I couldn't wait to drive my car after the test drive. haha
Anyway, I'm going to try to put my car up for sale and see what I can get from it. And at the same time, I think I can going to shop around to see if there's any good promotion on other cars.
If anyone knows about good lease deal for this month or next month, please let me know!

For $300 a month with $370 drive off. You are not gonna find many "better" All around cars than GTi.

Hey dude...I responded to your PM last night. It's been a bit hectic lately post Hurricane Sandy, with many people who lost their cars in the storm and in need of a new one quickly.
Anywho, there are many options you have out there, but here's my quick
Whatever figures I am giving you I can't 100% confirm because programs very by region, so even if a maker is advertising the deal on their site for the general public, the parameters might be different by region, who knows...
The only '12 Accords around by me now are loaded EX-L+ V6 models, and no matter how much dealer cash is on it, is still over $300 with not more than$ $1k DAS (total out of pocket - or due at signing). With that said, avoid the '13 Accord because the lease programs are utilized with Honda's standard lease rate, and although they can be had for around invoice now, still doesn't work out as good as the $500-2,000 below cost that an Acccord can be had on a good day (and when dealers have a ton in stock and Honda decides to catch up to Toyota In the numbers race by pushing the programs). Honda Civic? Meh.
Toyota has some decent deals on the Camry. A bit
for a newlywed, but check out the SE Sport Limited Edition. The lease can surely be had for high 2's if not around 3 with minimal DAS. Nicer car than a base Camry, too.
Hyundai Sonata/Kia Optima can be had for under 3, but if you want the nicer options, you'll spend in the low 3's.
VW has their winter end of year promo now, and they are pushing sales. Problems, you're focused on a car they VW isn't interested in pushing, so although the lease program isn't bad on a GTI, it isn't great either. A Jetta SE with convenience and sunroof can easily be had for under $300 with some spare change with just the bank fee and DMV fees DAS. Same thing goes for a Passat SE with sunroof, which is similarly priced. From a car guys stand point, I HATE that 2.5 motor, it has decent power, but I hate that 5 cylinder drone. Ever considered a CC? Now THAT is a nice looking car. For a Sport model with (LED/Xenon) Lighting package or even a Sport plus (includes nav, and is like $15/month more) you can pick one up for about $300 if not just over 3 with not more than $1k DAS. Programs vary from 36/39/42, but I'm told only the 36/42 month programs qualify for the $0 1st month promo, which means you can spend for 36 months a little over 3, or go longer for 42 and be closer to 3. Prepaid maintenance also!
Acura has good deals, but very limited under 300. MAYBE a base ILX.
How about the new Ford Fusion? You won't get a fancied up model for under 3, but you might be able to get something basic for 3 or less. Very sharp car, though!
The new Nissan Altima has decent programs, but the only cars in your range would most likely be the S, and maybe the SV. Drives great, but design is a little boring for my taste. It's like someone in a karaoke bar singing a song, it may sound great, but doesn't sound quite like the original, so you have that second thought...that's my comparison of the Altima to it's bigger brother, which Nissan is trying so hard to make it look like. Just looks like a poorly styled Maxima wannabe.
Forget about leasing a used car. With such good deals on new cars, you won't ever find a better deal on something used anymore.
I could go on and on, but I have a busy day ahead of me!
