i really can't see Nissan waiting till 2011 with the G37 hitting basically this model year(08) that's a 3 year gap. people will say hell with the 370Z and step up to G37 which i'm not blasting on the Z.i think it will kill the Z sales for 2 reasons #1. people don't like a dated car they like fresh designs. #2. if you can step up to basically new deisign on the G37 and it's basically a dressed up/redesigned Z then it will eat off the Z sales. don't get me wrong the z nice car just waiting that long on a full model change when a car that practically it's brother(G37) gets overhauled they need to redo the Z IMO the next year.

STI insurance is much higher than the 350z. I asked about both cars before I purchased my NISMO. It was like 30 a month higher.

i had a 04 sti. it was so much fun to drive. hitting boost is like crack! but remember, insurance sucks and so does gas. waiting for the new evo sounds like a great idea though.

I don't think so. Just because a car hasn't been re-designed, doesn't mean it will kill all future sales. Many cars out there have done well and kept their designs relatively the same, 7+ years. The G37 and the 350z are two totally different cars, and made for two totally different types of people. I still think the 350z looks pretty current and doesn't look dated considering the crappy designs coming out from other automakers. Matter of fact, I think the G35 exterior is still > then the G37. New doesn't necessarily mean better. Their is also talk about waiting on the Z design to coincide with the anniversary.

So why can you have an opinion & it's right, but mine is wrong regardless?
