.....when it is below freezing outside?? And i'm talking about in your driveway, not in some heated self-service bay.

Cant if the water hose is frozen.

But I will wash it in 50 degree weather but if its colder than I take it to the self wash bays that spray hot water.

I've done it at 20F.

It's not that bad actually..since I tend to warm up in about 5 minutes.

....Not if you bring the car back into the garage quick enough.... (but yes, at least some freezing is inevitable).

Ive never actually done it in my drive way below freezing (we turn the external water pipes off for the winter, duh...) but I do at the 24 hour coin washes, of course I bring my own washmit and soap, and merely pay to use there water...

And to stop the doors from freezing, just dry the roof, then dry all the door jambs with a scott towel, or other disposable towel, therefore no water can freeze the doors shut

EDIT: Also, Ive heard from people that its not good to wash the car when its below freezing, water can get into certain places, then expand when the water freezes, and cause a couple of problems...Is this bull shit or is this somewhat true?

Only if you have one of those cars the owners manual points out you should never driving in freezing rain. Truth unless you are spraying water in places that rain water and spray could never get to it shouldn't be an issue. Like spraying water on hot brake rotors, if it were a problem how the hell could you drive a car in the rain...

I've rinsed part of the car to get bird shit off when I had my 92 Camry in college... that's the closest i've gotten to answering 'yes'. I couldn't get the key in the door to turn afterwards (no keyless entry). I had to get in through the passenger side

I think the lowest I've gone is 42 degrees for a full wash. I've rinsed out the underside and wheel wells right above freezing though.

Many times. It's no big deal.

Need to use water in a bucket taken from inside house.

Yes. I'm careful not to get water in the locks.
